Play Logistics

Acts I & II: Total 43 minutes. Act I & II combined with a brief blackout between
(no intermission) the acts.

Act III: 24 minutes

Note: For educational institutions or others with a time restrant, the play can be adapted to fit within a 45 to 50 minute period.

Props: Fabricated fireplace, Brass Fireplace Screen, One wing back chair with stool, writing
desk & stool, carpet, table. Load in & out fast and simple!

Stage Size: Minimum 12’ x 16’

Lighting: not necessary or a simple dimmer switch

Sound: Simple CD player with speakers. Body mics’ if theater area is large.

 The playwright accepted the tom challenge to present a clearer picture of Benjamin Franklin in his play “Born British, Die American, Reflections . . .”
